It also features a highly robust "Family Engagement" portal. In assisted living, the actual "customer" is often the resident's adult child. ALIS allows the facility to automatically push updates to a secure portal, allowing a daughter in New York to log in and verify that her mother in Florida received her physical therapy session and took her medication that morning, drastically reducing frantic phone calls to the nursing desk.
