Backlog

Backlog (built by the Japanese tech company Nulab) is a highly unique, highly agile tool that completely blurs the line between a hardcore Bug Tracker and a general Project Management tool. An engineer can host the actual source code directly inside Backlog, track the bug, commit the fix, and close the issue entirely within a single unified web platform, creating massive operational efficiency. It also features beautifully visual "Gantt Charts" and "Burndown Charts." While the developers are focused purely on closing individual bug tickets, the Project Manager can look at the massive Gantt chart to instantly see how a specific critical bug is physically delaying the launch of the new marketing website, keeping cross-functional teams perfectly aligned.
