Eldermark

Eldermark is a highly specialized, comprehensive software suite built exclusively for the senior living industry. It is highly favored by mid-market operators because it provides an "all-in-one" feel without the monolithic, staggering complexity (and price tag) of enterprise systems like PointClickCare. The platform is heavily modularized into different "Elder" products. "ElderCare" handles the clinical EHR and eMAR; "ElderSmarts" acts as the CRM to track prospective residents and manage marketing campaigns; and "ElderForms" completely digitizes the massive mountain of paperwork required when a new resident physically moves into the building, allowing families to sign admission agreements on an iPad. One of their most unique offerings is the "Marketplace" integrations, particularly around pharmacy connectivity. In an assisted living facility, the facility doesn't own the drugs; the local pharmacy delivers them. Eldermark's eMAR integrates directly with hundreds of long-term care pharmacies. When a doctor writes a prescription in Eldermark, the order is electronically fired to the pharmacy, filled, and synced back to the nurse's medication cart seamlessly.
