Eqtble is an incredibly fascinating, fiercely specialized platform that completely bypasses the standard "Merit Cycle" mechanics to focus entirely, obsessively, and mathematically on one singular legal and ethical issue: "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Pay Parity." It is essentially a high-powered, automated forensic auditor for corporate payroll. Its signature feature is the "Pay Equity Diagnostic Engine." Eqtble plugs into a massive corporation's HRIS (Workday) and Payroll (ADP). It then runs highly complex, multi-variate statistical regression analysis across 10,000 employees.
