Eviivo is a highly aggressive, fiercely loved European platform that dominates the incredibly complex "Boutique B&B, Guest House, and Independent Hotel" sector. It heavily positions itself as the "All-in-One Suite" (PMS + Channel Manager + Website) explicitly tailored for owner-operators who live on-site and run the entire property themselves. Its absolute biggest differentiator is its "Website and Direct Booking Focus." Eviivo recognizes that paying 15% commission to Booking.com destroys a small B&B's profit. Eviivo's software actually builds the B&B a stunning, mobile-optimized website (called 'Promo') integrated natively with their channel manager. It actively encourages guests to book directly, bypassing the massive OTAs, dramatically increasing the owner's profit margins. It is heavily optimized for "Multi-Property Chaos."
