HeavyBid (built by the legendary HCSS) is a fiercely dominant, terrifyingly specialized titan that absolutely, unquestioningly rules the "Heavy Civil and Infrastructure" sector. You do not use HeavyBid to estimate the cost of building a house. You use HeavyBid to mathematically estimate the cost of blowing a hole through a mountain with dynamite, building a 10-mile bridge, or laying a massive runway for an international airport.
