It acts as a massive "Plan Room" and lead generation engine. A local commercial painter logs into iSqFt. The platform actively scrapes and aggregates data on every single upcoming commercial construction project in the painter's specific county. The painter can instantly see that a massive hospital is being built, see which 5 General Contractors are currently bidding on it, and download the blueprints to submit a painting bid to all 5 GCs simultaneously. It is the absolute lifeblood of smaller, aggressive specialty trades (electricians, roofers, landscapers) who rely on volume to stay alive.
