Lytho (formerly inMotionNow) is a highly aggressive, incredibly focused titan that explicitly attacked the "Creative Operations (CreativeOps)" bottleneck. Their entire philosophy is that storing assets (DAM) is useless if the process of *creating* the assets is an agonizing nightmare of email chains and lost sticky notes. Lytho mathematically fused a robust Project Management tool specifically engineered for designers, directly with a Digital Asset Management system. Its absolute biggest differentiator is "The Creative Brief Routing Engine." A sales rep doesn't just email a designer saying "I need a brochure." Lytho forces the rep to fill out a mathematically structured "Creative Brief" form. The system automatically routes the request to the Creative Director, automatically assigns it to a designer based on capacity (tracking their exact hourly bandwidth), and automatically builds the timeline, completely protecting designers from chaotic ad-hoc requests. Because it focuses on production, its "Online Proofing and Redlining" is legendary. When the designer finishes a draft, they don't export a PDF. They push it to Lytho. The stakeholders receive a link, log in, and use mathematical drawing tools to circle exactly what needs to be changed directly on the image or video.
