They operate in the exact same visual, no-code, marketing-focused space, but ManyChat has aggressively branded itself as a full-fledged "Omnichannel Chat Marketing" platform rather than just a simple bot builder. Its absolute greatest strength is its incredible visual "Flow Builder." It looks almost exactly like a digital whiteboard (like Miro or Lucidchart). A marketer can literally see the entire conversation tree mapped out visually.
