While Diligent focuses on the massive Fortune 500, OnBoard heavily targets the mid-market: Credit Unions, regional universities, and highly agile corporate boards that want a beautiful, consumer-grade experience without massive enterprise bloat. It heavily markets itself as a "Board Intelligence Platform" rather than just a document vault. It integrates advanced analytics directly into the boardroom. Before a meeting starts, the software provides a dashboard showing exactly which board members have actually opened and read the 200-page financial packet, allowing the Chairperson to know who is prepared and who is flying blind. It also features a highly robust "Zoom Integration" directly within the app. A board member does not need to have a Zoom window open on one screen and a PDF open on another. They launch the OnBoard app, click "Join Meeting," and the video conference natively embeds itself directly next to the interactive meeting agenda and voting buttons, creating a perfectly seamless remote board meeting.
