Pipeline Suite

Pipeline Suite is an incredibly focused, highly utilitarian platform that specifically serves commercial General Contractors. It does not try to be a massive project management tool like Procore, nor does it try to be a massive crowdsourced network like BuildingConnected. It focuses purely on making the Invitation to Bid (ITB) process as fast and painless as possible. Its signature feature is "PipelineRFQ" (Request for Quote). It is famously fast to set up. A GC can literally drag and drop a massive folder of PDFs into the web browser, and PipelineSuite automatically OCRs (Optical Character Recognition) the documents, categorizes the architectural drawings, and creates a highly organized digital plan room in a matter of minutes. It is heavily favored by GC estimating teams who are obsessed with "Response Rates." When a GC blasts an ITB to 50 plumbers, the worst possible outcome is that none of them reply. Pipeline Suite features incredibly aggressive automated follow-up logic. It tracks exactly who opened the email and who downloaded the plans. If a plumber hasn't responded in 3 days, the software automatically sends a perfectly timed, personalized follow-up email, drastically increasing the amount of bids the GC receives on bid day.
