Planning Pod

Planning Pod is an incredibly massive, "All-in-One" software leviathan that completely attempts to swallow the entire event industry. While tools like Spoonfed only care about the food, Planning Pod is explicitly engineered to be the unified CRM, accounting engine, CAD (Floorplan) designer, and catering manager for massive, dedicated physical event venues. Its signature capability is its "To-Scale Floorplan Designer." When a bride books a massive ballroom, she wants to know exactly how the 20 tables will fit. The event manager opens Planning Pod, uses the built-in CAD software to draw the exact physical dimensions of the room, and drags 20 perfectly scaled circular tables onto the digital blueprint, ensuring the fire marshal limits are never breached. It heavily dominates the "Venue Management" space. It completely replaces the chaotic mess of 5 different software tools. A venue uses Planning Pod to collect the web lead, sign the massive legal venue contract, collect the $5,000 credit card deposit, design the floorplan, generate the catering BEO, and schedule the bartenders, all within one perfectly unified web application.
