SimpleNexus (recently acquired by the massive banking titan nCino) is a wildly disruptive, intensely powerful platform that attacked the mortgage industry from a completely different angle: "The Mobile Point of Sale (POS)." A loan officer uses the SimpleNexus app to instantly run pricing from their phone while sitting in a coffee shop. More importantly, they can co-brand the app with a local Real Estate Agent.
